Is there a setup fee or artwork charge?
In most cases there is no a setup fee. However if your artwork requires extensive work or you have an unusual shaped product or item an additional charge may be necessary. You will be notified in advance if any additional charges are required.

Do you have artwork or designs that can be used for my order?
Yes, we have all types of artwork. We specialize in helping you design your item to fit your special needs.

Can I have my company logo or my own artwork engraved on my item?
In most cases yes, however some products are not adequate for artwork. For best results, please provide the highest quality art possible.

How will my order be shipped?
In most cases we ship UPS or FedEx. This way your order can be tracked.
