1. All of our work is done in a PC environment. If you are a Mac user, please be sure to convert your files to an Adobe Illustrator file, version 8, and convert all text to curves.

2. We can usually use these file types: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Corel Draw, Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, PDF, EPS, JPG, TIF, BMP. The resolution of the file must be at least 300dpi. Most web graphics will not work. Artwork should be converted to black and white. If extensive work is necessary in preparing artwork, additional charges may be applied, and you will be notified of the cost.

3. We have a large selection of clip art that you can choose from in creating your design. There is no additional charge for these designs unless special alterations are required.
